BO CHARGEMAN
Responsibilities:
- Responsible on day to day operations of the entire complex Electrical Installation and monitoring on High Voltage facility equipments performance. This will also include overseeing other complex equipments, maintenance and Contractor work administration / management.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess BO Chargeman certification from Suruhanjaya Tenaga Malaysia with at least 5 years’ experience in the related Facility Maintenance environment or equivalent.
- Knowledge in Electrical Supply Act, Electrical Regulations, IEE Wiring Regulation and etc.
- Knowledge in building Electrical, Mechanical, HV AC and Air Compressor with strong emphasis on electrical installation and trouble shootings.
- Knowledge in LOTO management.
OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE / OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities:
- To contribute day-to-day operations of the Mall by attending to all general operations issues.
- To ensure the building & properties are maintained to the standards established for all physical aspects of buildings, systems and grounds
- To monitor and ensure that all systems are maintained in good working order i.e mechanical systems & equipment, refrigerating, plumbing, electrical, fire protection and fixtures
- To participate in building inspections, preventive maintenance and monitoring of environmental programs
- To coordinate work with contractor
- To coordinate with Maintenance Manager / Executive on daily scheduling and dispatching of maintenance staff to perform urgent upgrading or repairs.
Requirements:
- At least 1 – 2 years working in related field is required for this position.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for both English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to complete work requests, maintenance projects and operational assignments with minimum supervision
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
MARKETING COMMUNICATION EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the Marketing Manager to create and implement an annual marketing plan, utilizing a full mix of ATL (Above-the-Line) & BTL (Below-the-line) Advertising, as well as using events to draw footfall traffic to the Mall.
- Act as a point of contact for advertising & promotions within the Mall for mall advertising and promotional space.
- Implement on-going advertising & promotional campaigns, media booking and negotiate rate with agencies & suppliers, as necessary
- Work with Marketing Manager to ensure that all marketing campaigns are delivered on budget, to schedule and in line with company’s guideline & objectives.
- Maximize the promotional potential across the Mall, ensuring all promotional space & marketing advertising are marketed and all promotions are always updated on the relevant channels
- Maintain records of advertising & promotion coverage and provide summaries & evaluation reports
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Marketing
- At least 1 – 2 years working in related field is required for this position.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for both English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good interpersonal skills and hardworking
- Committed and has a passion for advertising & promotions
- Strong networking abilities, resourceful and a multi-tasker with a keen eye for detail
- Good time management with ability to prioritize and multitask

FIT - OUT EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
- Work with Store Planning Department from HQ to provide standard guidelines in order to integrate tenants into the project.
- Work closely with tenants’ designers / contractors to ensure that design layout and construction of tenants’ shop spaces are consistent with the desired image of the mall by complying to the Fit Out guidelines.
- To conduct induction meeting for tenants and contractors to ensure in-house fit-out rules and safety standards are adhere to.
- Manage the handover process of tenancy units to the tenants and monitor closely the progress of the renovation work to ensure that the work is done in time.
- Undertake site inspections during fit-out period and liaise closely with tenants fit out contractors to ensure compliance with the approved designs, authority requirements as well as house rules.
- Complete final inspections of tenant units and follow up on deficiencies.
- Involve in design relation to mall environment such as signages, ceiling as well as layout and planning in asset enhancement activities.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess Degree / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture Studies or Architecture.
- Minimum of two (2) years of working experience handling fit-out in shopping mall environment.
- Able to handle multiple designs and fit-out activities simultaneously.
- Knowledge in AutoCAD
CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
- Consistently provide quality and value added services to customers in a gracious, attentive, courteous and service oriented manner
- Administer redemptions and rewards for promotions in the shopping centre
- Maintain daily checklist and inventory of facilities such as baby strollers, wheelchairs, etc
- Validate parking tickets
- Handle lost and found items
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess minimum SPM qualification and or Certificate / Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel or Retail
- At least 1 – 2 years working in related field is required for this position.
- Pleasant disposition, attentive, focused and confident in responding to face to face or call regarding enquries and resolving difficult situations
- Able to converse and understand English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
SECURITY SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities:
- To assist Security Officer in ensuring overall security of shopping centre
- Patrolling external and internal area of the complex
- Crowd and traffic control
- Protection of property
- Crime prevention – detecting crimes and capturing of crime offender
- Respond to all security concerns from customers
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess minimum SPM qualification
- Must have previous experience in security role
- Physically and mentally fit
- Able to conduct investigations, prepare incident reports and have basic computer skills
- Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
